Airbus delivers broadest spread of aircraft sizes and capabilities
Even after sixteen years of writing on aviation, Airbus and its modern and comprehensive corporate jet family that offers customers the greatest choice of the world’s widest and most spacious cabins still impresses me with their new styling and cost saving innovations.
In a recent meeting with Airbus team, we were introduced to the latest offering ranging from the Airbus ACJ318 all the way up to the double-deck ACJ380, allowing clients to select the comfort they want in the size that they need.
The Airbus ACJ318, ACJ319, ACJ320 and ACJ321 cabins are the widest and tallest of any corporate jet – they are around twice as wide as traditional high-end business jets, while having a similar external length and wingspan. It means that customers for these aircraft benefit from unequalled comfort and space on every trip, as well as unrestricted freedom of movement on board.
Typically seating 19 to 50 passengers in settings that can be tailored to be as simple or elegant as the customer wishes, the new Airbus jets have the ability to carry more passengers than traditional business jets – as well as flying them in much greater comfort.
