Reportage Properties, a leading real estate developmer, has announced an offer of 10% discount in all projects, valid from 23 to 30 September.

Islam Ahmed Suleiman, Chief Operating Officer of Reportage Properties, said the offer coinciding with Cityscape Dubai, is applicable to all the company’s projects under construction.

Reportage Properties is developing several leading projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai that will add thousands of new residential units to the market.

Mr. Sulaiman  emphasized the company’s commitment to the interests of customers with promotional offers that suit their goals of  buying real estate units in projects that provide them both high quality and services. Customers gain an annual net return of 8% after handing in, without any service or maintenance fees, for a period of 3 years, which contributes to enhance investors’ confidence in  its projects.

Sulaiman said that the company received encouraging response from investors immediately after offering  the discount  by 10%, pointing to their keenness to provide a variety of innovative and special offers suitable for all categories of buyers, and ensure that investors get rewarding returns on their investments in the real estate sector.

Suleiman said the company recently unveiled the launch of Phase II of the Rukan project in Dubailand, which includes 349 villas, in cooperation with Continental Investment.

He explained that the company will develop “Oasis Residence 1”,  project in the city of Masdar in Abu Dhabi, which is expected to be delivered during the second quarter of 2021. Construction work is on schedule  with a completion  of more than 25%.The  project provides 612 apartments, including 310 studios, 256 one-bedroom apartments, 44 two-bedroom apartments and two 3-bedroom apartments, on an area of 8,371 square meters.

Reportage Properties  is also in the process of developing the Oasis Residence 2 project in Masdar City, which will provide 304 residential units and expected to be delivered during the second quarter of 2022. In the pipe also is “The Gate” project  in Masdar City with 420 apartments to be handed in during the second quarter of 2022.

Sulaiman said the company is also developing Al Raha Loft 1 which offers 164 units, including 14 studios, 96 one-bedroom apartments, 31 two-bedroom apartments, 15 three-bedroom apartments and eight 4-room apartments, on a total area of 6,663 square meters. Al Raha Loft 2 also offers 110 residential units, including 22 studios, 52 one-bedroom apartments, 24 two-bedroom apartments and 12 three-bedroom apartments, on an area of 5,364 square meters.

Reportage Properties recently completed the delivery of «Leonardo Residence» residential project in the city of Masdar, which provides 177 apartments, including 122 studios, 48 one-room apartments, 16 two-room apartments, and one apartment with three rooms, built on a land area of 4,250 Square meters.
