THE PRIDE OF CHRISTMAS:  A CHILDREN’S FUNDRAISER

Media Rotana will host The Pride of Christmas: A Children’s Fundraiser at The Terrace on 14 December 2019 led by a group of children around the city of Dubai in support of Al Jalila Foundation presented by Mina Liccione of Dubomedy.

This event will feature big-hearted children who wanted to give back through their talents and the little things they can do to make a difference – and be the difference in the community. The Pride Rock Choir will headline the entertainment part of the event, performing some latest songs and all-time Christmas favorites.

Aside from musical performances, there will also be other activities such as games, raffle draw, drumming, calligraphy, creative play, Christmas market, and of course, food. What is Christmas without food? 

Christmas Market opens at 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Entertainment program starts at 3:00 PM.

Children are encouraged to come in animal costumes or just their favourite costumes, and adults too! Besides, anyone can make an appearance for some fun with purpose and meaning, just like our friends from *UAE Garrison of the 501st Legion,* right?

Funds raised from this event will contribute to Al Jalila Foundation programs that support medical treatment for individuals unable to afford quality healthcare *like breast cancer patients*, provides scholarships to medical professionals, and medical research addressing cancer, heart diseases, diabetes, obesity, and mental health.
