Warehouse at Le Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre puts on a concrete jungle style New-York themed Brunch with live cooking stations and entertainment.

Warehouse, a much-loved favorite in Dubai, is launching the Empire State of Brunch, a brand new- New York style brunch. Set to entertain crowds with live entertainment and celebrate well-known street food stalls from the famous city, every Saturday at Le Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre.

The unmistakably American brunch is serving a buffet lineup, with all the freshness of an a la carte menu and mouthwatering NYC-style food served to the table. Guests can expect a spectacle of fires being ignited and live show cooking at unsystematic intervals, as well as family-style seafood towers and pass-around poke bowls.
The variety of street food stations are based on famed areas of the city such as fresh oysters and seafood from the Grand Central Seafood Bar, freshly cooked spaghetti and risotto from Little Italy, moreish dumplings from China Town, soft shell crab taco Ensenadas for a taste of Mexico to name a few…

Warehouse’s Chef and Directory of Culinary, Dominic Petzold said, “We wanted to offer people a truly fresh buffet-style brunch by spacing out the timings between each dish being served, so that guests can enjoy perfectly cooked pan-to-plate selections. All options are of course available on request, but we have also taken on a modern and exciting method where we bring the cooking experience to life in front of you and truly replicate New York street style food.”

Live entertainment is a talking point amongst tables with stilt walkers striding their way through the venue, live guitar performances and hip-hop flash-mob appearances. The DJ sets the party atmosphere along with design sets including a life size New York taxi and a Time Square Instagram backdrop to capture NYC memories.

This no kids allowed brunch kicks off on Saturday, 22 October and runs every week from 1 pm – 5 pm and has seating indoor and outdoor on the garden terrace, flowing upstairs to an unmissable after party staying open ‘til midnight.

Prices are AED 495 for premium beverages AED 395 for pouring brands and AED 295 for non-alcohol.
