There’s something about discovering a restaurant that feels genuinely authentic—and Garum totally nailed that vibe. Nestled in a sleek, contemporary space that somehow balances laid-back with elegant, Garum delivers the kind of dining experience that makes you want to cancel all your plans and just stay for hours.
Let’s talk about the food because, honestly, it’s the star of the show. Almost everything on the menu comes straight from the owner’s farm, and you can taste that freshness in every bite. I started with the Watermelon Feta Salad, and let me tell you, it was a whole moment. The sous-vide marinated watermelon was juicy and subtly sweet, and the Greek feta and raspberry caviar gave it that salty-tangy pop that made my taste buds so happy. It felt light but luxe – a perfect summer starter.

The mains were even better. Every dish was plated like an edible work of art but still tasted super approachable and real. Nothing felt pretentious or overdone. I loved how the staff knew every ingredient’s story and weren’t shy about sharing it. You can tell they actually care about what ends up on your plate.
And can we just appreciate the vibe? The design has this effortless aesthetic—clean lines, warm lighting, and those little touches that make you want to snap a hundred pics for your stories.

One thing that stood out was how the menu feels built for foodies who want something memorable but also comforting. You can go big with a decadent main, or keep it light with shareable plates and fresh salads. It’s the kind of place you’d hit up with friends before a night out or just to treat yourself after a long week.
For me, the dessert was amazing – if you are a lover of Baklava, then this place is a must visit. If you’re craving farm-to-table flavors with a modern twist and a space that totally gets the Gen Z mindset, Garum is your spot. Go hungry, bring your camera, and prepare to fall in love.
